Due to the weight and value of the material, this shipment used custom-built wooden crates reinforced with steel frames. Each sheet was wrapped and cushioned inside the crate to reduce movement, abrasion, and pressure damage during transportation.
Fully Enclosed Wooden Cases
The acrylic sheets were packed inside enclosed wooden crates with internal protective padding.
Steel Support Frames
Steel reinforcement was used to improve structural support for the heavy sheet load.
