Custom Acrylic Sheet Shipment to Colombia Completed Successfully
In May 2025, we successfully completed the shipment of a batch of custom acrylic products to Colombia, including high-gloss Acrylic Mirror Sheets and standard Clear Acrylic Sheets. This delivery continues our cooperation with customers in South America and demonstrates our ability to supply different acrylic sheet materials within one export order.
Project Overview: From Inquiry to Container Loading
The order was placed by a Colombian customer serving the home décor and exhibition display industry. Two types of acrylic sheet were required for the project.

Sample Confirmation, Color Approval & Production
The customer placed particular importance on protective packaging and delivery efficiency. Our sales and production teams organized sample confirmation and color approval, and the full batch was manufactured and prepared for shipment within 7 working days.
Secure Packing and Efficient Container Loading
The shipment was prepared with several layers of protection to reduce movement, surface damage, dust, and moisture during international transportation.
Reinforced Cardboard Boxes
Products were packed with reinforced cardboard protection and supported on shock-absorbing wooden pallets for stable stacking.
Clear Pallet Labels
Each pallet was clearly identified to simplify warehouse receiving, product recognition, and handling after arrival.
Shrink Wrap & Binding Straps
External wrapping and straps were used to protect the cargo against dust, moisture, and displacement.
Anti-Shift Protection
Anti-shift devices and tension belts were installed inside the container to stabilize the load and reduce vibration during transit.
The complete loading process was closely supervised by our logistics team and carried out according to export handling requirements.
