Indonesia Order – ABS Double Sheet, Acrylic Scallion Sheet & Acrylic Sheet Shipped Successfully
Another container is on its way to Indonesia — this time carrying three very different products in one order: ABS double-color sheet, acrylic scallion (granite-pattern) discs, and standard clear acrylic sheet. Three materials, three packing methods, one shipment. Here’s how it came together.
Order No. 1 – ABS Double Sheet
Two-tone, laser-ready, and built for engraving. This batch of ABS double-color sheet is heading to Indonesia for use in:
- Nameplates and signage
- Mechanical panels and faceplates
- Labels and industrial templates
The top and base color layers cut cleanly under laser or rotary engraving, exposing a crisp contrasting line — no chipping, no blur. Beyond that, the material stays rigid, holds its shape under handling, and shrugs off the knocks of daily industrial use.
For this order, every sheet was packed flat with corner protection and stretch-wrapped onto pallets — solid enough for domestic trucking and stable through weeks at sea.
Order No. 2 – Acrylic Scallion Sheet (Round Discs)
This one’s a bit more unusual: a speckled, granite-like acrylic sheet with a natural stone texture, custom-cut into round discs for this order. It reads as stone but handles like acrylic — no weight, no porosity, no cracking.

Where it’s headed:
- Display bases and product stands
- Decorative accents for interior spaces
- Craft and DIY projects
Each disc shipped with its protective film still on and was arranged and wrapped carefully on the pallet, so nothing shifts and no surface picks up scuffs before it reaches the customer.
Order No. 3 – Standard Acrylic Sheets
The classic: crystal-clear cast acrylic sheet, with over 92% light transmission, cut and shaped without fuss. It bonds cleanly, resists yellowing outdoors, and holds up through years of weather exposure.

These went out in wooden crates, stacked in layers with cushioning at every corner — the kind of packing that keeps a long ocean crossing from turning into a warping or cracking problem on arrival.
One Order, Three Materials, No Compromises
Mixed orders like this are exactly where a supplier either proves itself or doesn’t — different materials, different packaging needs, one delivery window. This shipment is one more case of getting it right for a customer in Indonesia, and we’re glad to keep doing it.
