Mexico Order Shipment Details — Acrylic Sheet & Acrylic Mirror Sheet

In May 2025, we successfully completed a shipment of acrylic sheets and acrylic mirror sheets to Mexico. The products were professionally and securely packaged and loaded into containers. Below are the detailed shipment highlights:

This shipment includes two main product types: Acrylic Sheets and Acrylic Mirror Sheets, both of which are widely used across various industries due to their excellent physical properties and aesthetic appeal.

1. Acrylic Sheet
Our acrylic sheets are manufactured using high-quality PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) materials, offering outstanding transparency, durability, and weather resistance. These sheets are lightweight yet impact-resistant, making them a superior alternative to traditional glass. They are commonly used in:

2. Acrylic Mirror Sheet

Each mirror sheet features a reflective coating on one side and a protective film to prevent scratches during transportation and handling.

Container Loading Method

To ensure the safety of the goods during transportation, we implemented the following measures:

1. Secure Packaging: All sheets were wrapped with protective film and waterproof plastic wrap, with an additional layer of reinforced cardboard for external protection.

2. Pallet Reinforcement: Each bundle of sheets was stacked on strong wooden pallets to facilitate loading and unloading, and to enhance overall stability.

3. Tight Strapping: Professional red ratchet straps were used to fasten the goods securely inside the container to prevent shifting or movement during transit.

4. Efficient Arrangement: The container space was carefully organized to ensure proper spacing between each stack of sheets, minimizing the risk of pressure or collision.
